Buprenorphine and naloxone (Suboxone, Indivior) is an opioid agonist therapy that is woefully underused by Medicare prescribers to treat opioid addiction, according to a research letter published online July 20 in JAMA Psychiatry (doi: 10.1001/jamapsychiatry.2016.1390).
