ASRA Fall Abstract Submissions Due Aug. 15

The American Society for Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine (ASRA Pain Medicine) is now accepting scientific abstracts, medically challenging cases and safety/quality assurance/quality improvement projects for consideration by Tuesday, Aug. 15 for presentation at the upcoming annual conference in New Orleans.

Authors are especially encouraged to submit abstracts focused on imaging, biomarkers and cognition; advancements in spine care; new science in neuromodulation; and health and vitality in chronic pain.
All abstracts will be considered for one of three Best of Meeting Abstract Awards; abstract authors will have an opportunity to present their abstract as part of the program.

Residents and fellows are also eligible for one of three Resident/Fellow Travel Awards, which include complimentary registration fees for the meeting.

Authors can also submit abstracts for the new Patient Safety Award created in the spirit of Alice Romie, an advocate for patient safety who contributed to standardizing medication safety and educating peers about this issue.

The abstract deadline is Tuesday, Aug. 15 at 11:59 p.m. EDT. No extensions will be provided.
