Labeling of NSAIDs to Warn of Rare Fetal Kidney Problems, Potential Complications in Second Half of Pregnancy

The FDA will require labeling changes for nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), urging caution when using the drugs after 20 weeks of pregnancy due to “rare but serious” kidney issues affecting unborn babies.
