FDA Approves Lidocaine Transdermal System for Postherpetic Neuralgia Pain

The FDA approved a 1.8% lidocaine topical system (ZTlido, Scilex) for the relief of pain associated with postherpetic neuralgia (PHN), also referred to as post-shingles pain.
